• Tatiana Hiromi Matsuo

    Earned her Bachelor's Degree at Physical Education in 97-Brazil, where she worked 8 years as Gymnastics coach. She did her Pilates Certification by Polestar Education 2002-2003 and specialized her studies in Holistic Therapies for Chronic Pain Treatment. Tatiana deepen her spine knowledge with the Advanced Spine Course by Polestar Education and also working on a Rehab Clinic in the US for almost 3 years. That's where she developed the CranioSacral Therapy along with Reiki and Pranic Healing associated with Pilates on Pain treatment. From 2000 to 2003 Tatiana suffered from Fibromialgya and strong pain at her sternum despite a big emotional stress. The inflammation caused several erosions on her chest bone not being able to be diagnosed or treated by any doctor in Brazil. It was through Pilates that her chronic pain was reversed and was healed, being able to get strong again. She says, " all my suffering and recuperation help me today on my client's treatment, because I know how they fell". The experience of healing from Chronic Pain helped her on the understanding of Pain Process related on Body's pain memory and how to erase it. Nowadays she works at Estudio Paulista de Pilates at Faria Lima - São Paulo, and also at her own Pilates Studio (Zona Sul - São Paulo), she does home classes as a Personal Trainer - Pain Emergency Care. She enjoys dancing and hiking, " the nature's contact energizes me".
