We constantly Breath… do we???

Can you imagine if, everytime we inhale we could connect our core muscles so that when we exhale they could work in a way that the rest of the body could relax e and release the work or home stress?
Believe: IT’S POSSIBLE!!!
When we look a baby breathing, we can observe how the rib cage moves fluently. The chest expands while inhaling, the oxygen get into the body and will be transfered to the blood stream that will reach the body and the brain. When the baby exhales, all the toxins are expelled and you can see how harmonious this process is. Well, if we would keep breathing like that throughout the whole life, we would avoid lots of headache!
Life stress and frustrations make our rib cage get tighter and tighter, we don’t completely inhale, neither expelled all the toxins… our breathing gets shorter and we even hold our breaths for few seconds… it’s the famous apnea. When we are doing something extremely hard, it’s normal to hold our breaths or when we are scared… those cases are easy to notice. But it’s in fact, very common that people who experienced extreme emotional situations, big losses or accidents, constantly stop breathing and have headaches despite lack of oxygen in the brain. It feels like the body doesn’t want to let the air go in! You try to take deep breaths but you can’t!
What to do????
Don’t worry…. there is a light in the end of the tunnel….
There are appropriate exercises to improve your breathing like Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc., besides Massage Therapy and even Meditation. You just have to find what most fits you. What is really important is that you’ve got to do something about it as quick as possible.
Think about it: if you breath better you will send more oxygen to the blood, your heart will need to pump less times to send the same amount of oxygen to your brain. Simple Math… a less tired heart -> lower pressure, last tiredness during the day.
More oxygen means more a lot more energy and will!
